Soleil Nutrition LLC is a registered business entity. You may not use my business name, program names, taglines, or other brand identifiers in a way that creates confusion, implies endorsement, or misrepresents your relationship to my work.

• Circumvent password protections or share access with others

• Use my content in social media, digital tools, or AI platforms without permission

• Sell, sublicense, or distribute my Materials in any format

• Extract or adapt content for resale or for use in client-facing work

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my offerings and immediate access to the Materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that:

• No refunds, returns, or credits will be issued

• Refunds will not be granted for failure to complete a course, dissatisfaction with content, or change of circumstances
